The hotel was a perfect base for enjoying a nice area, not far from sightseeing-including day trips to a coffee farm, hiking in the mountains, hot springs and visits to local towns, the airport, and the restaurant. Superbly friendly staff, suggested places to visit.

Location: the hotel was not far from sightseeing-including day trips to a coffee farm, hiking in the mountains, hot springs and visits to local towns, and the mountains. It also was very close to the airport.

The staff was very helpful and always willing to accommodate our needs or requests. They provided transportation and even turned off the lights in front of our room to help us sleep better.
The bed was a bit stiff and the noise from the busy traffic and other guests was somewhat annoying.
